La Vela Saigon Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at La Vela Saigon Hotel. The rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The highlight for me was definitely the rooftop infinity pool the view was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect to relax after a day in the city. The location is convenient with easy access to major attractions, and the staff were friendly, polite and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and everything was well maintained. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

The best hotel we stayed in during our entire vietnam trip. Service is incredible, hotel is modern, very clean and buffet breakfast is also great! The pool makes for incredible sunset and sunrise photos, and can do a few laps comfortably. The hotel gym was very spacious and had many machines, too. Loved it ~

Very luxurious hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. Had a great stay here and would stay here again. The rooftop pool is amazing and decent amount of seating at the pool and bar. 360 views from the rooftop are great! The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Not too much noise from outside as we were in the 23rd floor. We tried the steak restaurant. That wasnt that great. Ordered stayed medium, but was baked through. And pretty high prices for Vietnam.

My day at La Vela Hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and hospitality that made me feel instantly relaxed. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room is quite modern and spacious. The view from my balcony was breathtaking. Room service for in room dinner is great. Although as a hearing impaired guy, I had some difficulty ordering though the call - wish the phone could be louder. Fortunately, I managed to get a staff to help with my order thru web messenger. Overall, La Vela Hotel delivered an experience that perfectly blends comfort, design, and genuine hospitality.

I stayed here 3 weeks ago just before Christmas. The hotel was a visually stunning place that kept wowing from the moment we arrived. A foyer full of Christmas decorations , including a massive gingerbread house, stunning infinity edged pool and bar area. We sat and watched the sunset on a picturesque evening. It's close to hidden dining gems in a clean part of the city, the resort also has a fabulous buffet on offer, the biggest I've seen which was visually exciting and tasty. Friendly staff and outstanding service was the icing on the cake.

Great facilities. Price as expexted. Great service. Build quality and maintenance not on top. Our door handle to the bathrrom dor fell off, and apparently this is a normal issue there. They had it fixed fast. Not very thorough maintenance in lobby toilets. Low quality tiling in the rooftop pool. Way too many normal chairs by the pool, people are waiting in lines for sunbeds and most chairs are unused

Good hotel with comfortable rooms and great service The hotel is in a good location, with the airport only 20–30 minutes away, which makes arrival and departure very convenient. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Premium rooms offer a great view, definitely worth choosing if available. The rooftop pool and bar have a nice atmosphere and are great for relaxing, although the bar selection is rather limited and the food is more average than outstanding. Breakfast offers a wide variety, but the selection is somewhat limited for European tastes. On the other hand, the Asian and Indian options are very rich and well prepared. The staff is exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, which really enhances the overall experience. Overall, a solid choice with comfortable rooms and excellent service.

Very nice hotel, we came to Ho Chi Minh for golf and gamble. We were worried about playing Blackjack as it is electronic but it is actually just the cards electronic you still have a human dealer. The odds are actually pretty good if you knoe how to play blackjack, minimum bet is $20 and USD only so recommend only to bring USD for gambling. The suite room we stayed is really nice with a huge balcony.
